State of the State 2008

I’ve posted the link to the PDF version of Governor Napolitano’s 2008 State of the State Address given to the Arizona Legislature on January 14, 2008.

State of the State 2008

In my opinion, it’s probably one of the best she’s ever given.  Janet’s got two more years to make AZ a better place to live and I think she can do it.

It’s Always Sunny – Beatbox

I had to post this. It’s been on my MySpace page since before the season premiere back in September ’07. If you haven’t seen this show, I highly recommend giving it a try. I believe there are at least a few free videos on their MySpace page that will give you some insight into the show. Enjoy.

Bring a Guest?

One of the teams at work is having a V-Day Potluck. The sign up sheet is below. At first glance it appears that Maru could possibly be bringing a guest to this event. Supposedly, that is the name of some sort of Panamanian dish. Not sure about that, but it definitely got a laugh out of us this afternoon (especially my friend Jenie).

What $2.50 Will Buy Me

Sometimes my job has the best perks.  Just look at this HUGE bag of sugar I got for $2.50 at the cargo store!  Crazy, right?  Of course, I’m not going to use this myself. This is practically a year’s supply.  Anyone need some sugar?

Random Song = Great Thoughts

The song below came on iTunes this morning randomly. This has been happening a lot recently. A song will pop up and play in iTunes that just reminds me of so many things. It’s great and I love it.

My Most Favorite Thing

This morning I got up a little early to do my most favorite thing… iron.  I really do hate that chore.  I think my hatred is a result of the fact that I am pretty bad at it.  Needless to say, I survived and it’s all done.  Getting up a bit earlier this morning was not a waste of precious sleep time though.  I have a meeting at work today at 9 that I can’t afford to be late for.  Now I know I’ll have plenty of time to get ready and get there on time.

On another note, I’m really loving this new blog.  There are so many options when it comes to customizing, posting, etc.  Keep your eyes open for more interesting things to come (once I get the hang of it).
