So, have you seen any of the 2000 smart cars that have been delivered so far driving around town? Here’s how much I would spend on either of the two that I would seriously think about purchasing.

Maybe some day? I just paid off my Mazda3 and I’m enjoying the “no car payment” feel. I’m not looking forward to upgrading anytime soon (can you even consider this an upgrade?). Would any of you seriously consider purchasing one of these small cars? They only get 36 MPG in mixed usage driving. Not stellar.
It would need to get far better gas mileage for me…but I already drive a little car so it wouldn’t even be that much of a stepdown. :)
