Stupid iTunes!
For some odd reason, I keep getting the error message below from iTunes when I try to sync my iPod or iPhone.

I have gone into my music folder and made sure that all users have all permissions to the folder and their contents, but I still get this error. Who knows what is going on but it’s very frustrating. iTunes should at least tell me which file it can’t access so I can make sure that I have the settings set correctly for that file.
I read on one site that someone solved the mystery by adding one album at a time to his iPod. Ummm, WTF. He must have a very small library. I have 826 albums. Adding each individually would take FOREVER!
Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone have a suggestion on how I can fix it?

Try right clicking on the iTunes icon and selecting “Run as Administrator”, that works for me on some programs when I get permission errors.

Tried and no success. :( I think it’s one file that is giving me issues, but I have no idea which one it is!

I suggest not using your evil PC to sync your iPod or iPhone. Your Mac and iPhone were meant to go together like peas and carrots.
