I’m at the beginning of my week long vacation and the first stop was Seattle, Washington. I’ve been to Seattle once before but I never really spent any time in the city. I was visiting my friend in Kirkland and we ended up spending a lot of our time in the suburbs. This was my chance to see more of the actual city.
Saturday began with a trip to Pike Place Market where we spent most of the day. There’s so much to see in the market that we spent most of the day browsing the stalls and eating some interesting foods. It was a busy day but tons of fun.
Sunday began with breakfast at an awesome place in Bellevue called Cafe Peruette (I might have spelled that wrong) and then we headed back into Seattle. We took the Underground Tour in Pioneer Square and spent some time wandering around that area. We then headed to Capitol Hill for happy hour and visited a new bar called The Pony.
Later, we met up with my Friend Meaghan from high school for some dinner in West Seattle. There are some AMAZING views from that area across the water. The lights of the city on the clear night were incredible.
I have been posting pictures from my vacation on a regular basis on my Twitter account, which you can find here.
A full gallery of my photos from this vacation will be posted once I get back. Below are just a few from my time in Seattle, Washington.
