My Condo
Four years ago today I closed and moved into my condo. It doesn’t really seem that long ago but time flies, it seems. It’s been a good condo and I still love living here. The time comes when you outgrow and need to move on and I’m glad that I’ve found a place that I’ll love just as much, I’m sure.
BTW, today feels like the PNW in Phoenix. Cloudy, rainy, and cold. Burr! Not a typcial December day here in the Valley of the Sun.

Backyard – Complete!
Yesterday they finished the backyard! Finally! Now the dogs have some place to run and play off leash and do their business without us having to be right next to them 100% of the time. I’m so happy! Here are pictures of the back yard before and after. :)

I think this is day 4 of the updates but, to be honest, it has felt like a week! Anyway, here are some photos from today’s work. The grass has been installed and the patio given some finishing touches. The granite has started to be installed and now we just wait for the remainder to [...]

So we have a cleaning lady and her name is Rosie… and she’s a robot… a Roomba to be exact. :) I love her so much. Every day at 11 she sets out to accomplish the task of picking up every last bit of dog hair lying on the floor and she does a pretty [...]

HVAC System Update – Blog Quickie
So I read the FAQs online and was able to troubleshoot the heating problem. The system works like a charm now. Just in time, since the weather took a turn for the worse this week. We have had pretty not stop rain since yesterday at 4pm. Nuts.

So I’ve been wrestling with programmable thermostats for the last two days. I can’t seem to get them to work. Either their already broken or they won’t turn on the heater when the “heat” function is engaged. I will be calling Honeywell tomorrow for technical assistance and let’s hope it’s an easy [...]

I wouldn’t mind some weather like that! We’re at freezing temperatures atm but there’s no moisture (go figure) so we don’t get any snow!
