So, when the new house is all moved into and settled I have some ideas. The first is having the Thanksgiving dessert annual event. That’ll be good times. I think it’ll really take off.
Another idea I was having was a monthly dinner thing. I don’t want to call it a dinner party. That just sounds too… yeah. Anyway, it would be a good way to get people together, etc. It could even be a pot luck sorta deal. It’s an idea but it probably needs a bit of refining. I’m excited.
I am totally a fan of the pot luck idea. I am even more of fan if people will be reluctant to take home leftovers and I can bring Tupperware to take care of that problem for them.
Oh! And I have Apples To Apples now, which is guaranteed fun for any social gathering.
It’s very entertaining how parallel our lives seem to be. We just moved into the new place and are already talking with friends about new monthly get togethers and game nights. Huzzah for life changes. :-)
