Mike Lawson created this project where Bloggers commit to give of their time and/or money called the Benevolent Blogger Project . On this page, I am going to keep track of the organizations and causes that I have contributed to while being part of this project. I have linked to the main project page at Mike’s blog, so please check it out. I recommend you think about joining up.

For this project, I have pledged to give 4% of my paycheck to organizations or causes that are close to me and those I love. This amount could increase as time goes on but I figure this is a good starting point. The causes I’ve contributed to are listed below. Check back often as this list will grow every two weeks.
