From “Face the Nation” last weekend. This is the complete question and answer from Bob Schieffer to Gen. Wesley Clark. Of course, every news outlet is cutting this clip down to just the answer. Just another reason why you shouldn’t believe everything you see/hear from the mass media news networks. Do your own research, the information is out there.

I dare anyone to watch this video and not smile. You may want to visit YouTube and watch it in higher quality.
Global Warming – Czech Republic
The president of the Czech Republic is interviewed by Glenn Beck. The Czech president doesn’t believe that Global Warming exists. Just over nine minutes long, but I would suggest you watch it below!
Global Warming – Another Video
I hope this doesn’t get to be too much for my readers but I think it’s important to learn as much as you can about Global Warming. The video below is very well done and I think it’s worth your 6 minutes to watch the whole thing.
Global Warming – Revisited
John Coleman – founder of The Weather Channel. Global Warming is a hoax. What?! Yeah, exactly. He’s kind of my hero. View below and read a recent item he wrote, linked here.
National Anthems
One thing I love about watching the UEFA Euro Championships are the national anthems in the beginning of the matches. Each side sings and it’s just kind of an awesome thing to see.
Anyway, that got me thinking about a few of my favorites and, if you can imagine, they are all on YouTube for our viewing pleasure.

Darren Hayes – Music
Darren Hayes, former front man of Savage Garden has a few albums out as a solo artist. Darren Hayes hails from Australia and is one of their more popular music artists. He recently wed his long time boyfriend in London (since AUS does not recognize same-sex marriages/unions). His new album “This Delecate Thing We’ve Made” has an 80s feel to it and includes some excellent songs. Check it out on iTunes. Below are a couple songs/videos for your enjoyment.

A classic Savage Garden video:
Impassioned Hillary Supporter and More!
View the video below. This lady is speaking after the DNC Rules and Bylaws committee met and decided to give 69 of Michigan’s delegates to Hillary and 59 to Obama (even though he took his name off the ballot there). She makes some good points. I’ve always felt that McCain v. Obama would be extremely close and I won’t be surprised if McCain takes the prize. So, will the dems that support Hillary go for McCain or simply not vote? What are your thoughts? This November will be interesting.
Below, Harold Ickes tells the Rules Committee just what he thinks about giving Barack Obama 55 delegates for an election in which he did not participate and 4 of Hillary’s delegates, even though she did not break any rule.
The Brady Bunch
I set my TiVo to record “The Brady Bunch” on TV Land this past week. I figured it would be amusing to watch a few episodes when I have nothing else recorded. I am kind of frightened that I remember all of the episodes I have seen so far. I know exactly what is going to happen within the first 3 minutes. One thing I enjoy about the show the most is how dated it is in regards to family dynamics and gender roles. In one episode, Mike pointed out that Mrs. Brady put on her high heel shoes before getting up off the couch to take the phone from Mr. Brady. Is walking in your bare feet that bad? How taboo! In the same episode, a second phone was installed in the Den that only Mr. Brady was allowed to use. He needed it for business purposes (setting up tee times with the boys). If you haven’t seen an episode in a while, I suggest you find it on TV Land and record it. What’s your favorite episode of “The Brady Bunch”?
Oh! Anyone else notice that the theme song is sung by some generic guy/group in the first few seasons and then is sung by the “Brady Kids” in later seasons? Examples follow:
